Anna Wintour (editor-in-chief at Vogue Magazine) started Fashion's Night Out in 2009, and it was a smashing success. So much so that what started in New York, is now a fixture in 19 (!!!) fashion loving countries around the world.

So you're asking yourself, is this happening anywhere near me??? The answer is yes, and no...The closest event to the 757 is in (sigh) Northern Virginia. BUT if driving up 64 in rush hour to make the last 15 minutes of FNO isn't particularly your idea of a good time, there's always QVC!!!
If you can't resist the lure of FNO, or, you're lucky enough to live in or around DC, here's the scoop on where to go to get the most out of your experience:
In Georgetown:
Hu's Wear- Apparently they're having a mega sale (I hear up to 80% off designers like McQueen and Philip Lim!!!) If you want to get in before the plebes, Gilt City DC has early sale passes!!! The tickets are $45 and include champagne, $20 toward your purchase, and a gift bag if you spend over $250!
